Beguni is an all-time favorite deep fried fritters. It serve with puffed rice. It is also popular as a side with dal-torkari-rice or khichuri.
- Thin Slices of brinjal -(4 pc)
- Gram flour/Besan -(1 cup)
- Nigella /Black cumin seed -(1/3 tsp)
- Baking Soda -(1/4 tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Oil for frying
