  1. Sweet corn - 1 cup
  2. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  6. Chopped green chilli - 1 no.
  7. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  8. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  9. Oil for frying

  1. At first, peeled the sweet corn and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Now heat a pan and add sufficient water in it.
  3. Then add 1 tsp of salt and let it boil.
  4. Once the water boils properly then add sweet corn and cook it for 3 to 4 min on medium flame.
  5. After 3 min turns off the flame and strains the corns (make sure the corns are completely dry).
  6. In a mixing bowl add boiled corn along with red chilli powder, Chaat masala, salt to taste and cornflour, mix it well.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan on low flame.
  8. Once the oil has become heat then add small batches of coated sweet corn and fry first 3 to 4 min on low flame.
  9. Then increased the flame medium to high and fry it for another 2 min. Keep stirring occasionally.
  10. Repeat the same process for remaining batches.
  11. Once it fried well then take it out from the pan and keep it aside.
  12. Now take a mixing bowl and add fried corns along with chopped green chilli.chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  13. Mix it well and serve it.
  14. Enjoy tangy and spicy crispy sweet corn.
