- Eggs -(4)
- Onion -( 1 big)
- Tomato -(1 big)
- Chopped Green chillies -(3)
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- At first, take a mixing bowl and crack all eggs in it.
- Now, whisk them well.
- Then heat a pan and add oil in it, let it heat well.
- once the oil is heat then add cumin seed and saute it for few seconds.
- Then add chopped onion and fry it for 2 min on medium flame.
- After 2 min add chopped tomato and fry it for 2 min on medium flame.
- Now add chopped green chilli along with kashmiri red chilli and salt to taste,mix it well.
- Then pour egg mixture in it and stir continuously, keep the flame on medium.
- Cook it for 2 min on medium flame.
- After 2 min turns off the flame and take out from the pan.
- Serve it with roti,paratha or as a side dish of daal and vaat.
