How to make Aloo Kabli

Ingredients:
  1. Boiled potatoes -(2 large sized).
  2. Sliced onion -(1 small size).
  3. Chopped tomato -(1 tbsp).
  4. Coriander leaves -(1 tbsp).
  5. Boiled yellow peas -(2 tbsp).
  6. Green chilli -(4-5 pc).
  7. Cucumber -(2 tbsp).
  8. Black salt - to taste
  9. Chaat masala -( 1 tsp).
  10. Roasted masala -(2 tsp)
  11. Mustard oil -(1 tsp).
  12. Soaked Black chana -(2 tbsp)
  13. Tamarind water -(3 tbsp).
  14. Bhujiya -For garnishing
  15. Red chilli powder -(1 tsp)
Method:
  1. At first, boiled potatoes and yellow peas.
  2. Now, Chopped the boiled potatoes into cube shape.
  3. In a mixing bowl add sufficient water and soak black chana for whole night.
  4. Another mixing bowl soak yellow peas for whole night.
  5. Heat a pan  and add whole cumin seed, coriander seed and dry red chilli.
  6. Dry roast them for 3 to 4 min and grind it.
  7. This is called bhaja masala.
  8. Take a large mixing bowl and add chopped boiled potatoes.
  9. Add boiled yellow peas and soaked black chana.
  10. Now add chopped tomato, chopped onion,chopped cucumber.
  11. Then add bhaja masala, mustard oil, tamarind water,
  12. After that, add black salt to taste, chaat masala,
  13. Then add chopped green chilli, red chilli powder
  14. Adds coriander leaves.
  15. Mix all ingredients very well.
  16. Serve it and sprinkle some bhujiya.
