How to make Mushroom Curry
Ingredients:
  1. Oil - 2 tbsp
  2. Cardamom - 2 no.
  3. Cinnamon stick - 1 no.
  4. Clove - 2 no.
  5. Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped onion - 1 large size
  7. Chopped potato - 1 large size
  8. Ginger-Garlic-Green chilli - 1 tbsp
  9. Tomato paste  - 1/4 cup
  10. Kashmiri rec chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Chopped mushroom - 200 m
  15. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  16. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp

 

Method:
  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  2. Once the oil heated well then add whole garam masala and cumin seed, saute it for few second.
  3. After that, add chopped onion fry it for 2 min .
  4. Then add chopped potato and fry it for 3 min on medium flame.
  5. Now, add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, tomato paste, salt to taste, turmeric powder, cumin powder and kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix it well and fry it for 3 min on medium flame with cover.
  6. After 3 min adds chopped mushrooms and fry it for 3 min on medium to high flame.
  7. After 3 min adds water as required and stir it well.
  8. Cover it for 5 min on medium flame.
  9. After 5 min open the lid and stir it once, then add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.
  10. Turn off the flame and serve it with rice, roti , paratha.
