How to cook Radhaballavi


  1. Split Black Gram (Urad dal/Biulir dal) -(200 gram)
    {Soak 8-10 hours in normal water}
  2. Flour/Maida -(200 gram)
  3. Fennel seed -(1 tsp)
  4. Cumin seed -(1 tsp)
  5. Dry red chilli -(5 pc)
  6. Ginger paste -(1 tbsp)
  7. Asafoetida/Hing -(2 pinch)
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Sugar -(1 tbsp)
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Baking soda -(1/4 tsp)
