Ingredients:
  1. Butter - 1 tbsp
  2. Cinnamon sticks - 1 no.
  3. Clove - 4 no.
  4. Bay leaf - 1 no.
  5. Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  6. Sliced onion - 1 large size
  7. Roughly chopped tomatoes - 4 no
  8. Water - 1/2 cup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  11. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Method:
  1. At first,heat a pan and add butter, let it melt.
  2. Then add cinnamon stick, clove and bay leaf, saute it for few second.
  3. After that, add chopped garlic and fry it for 1 min on medium flame.
  4. Add chopped onion and fry it for 2 min on medium flame.
  5. After that, add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste, mix it well.
  6. Cover it and cook for 5 min on medium flame.
  7. After 5 min check it once, mash the tomatoes with spoon and turn off the flame.
  8. Let it cool down completely, then put it in a grinding jar add some water and blend a smooth paste.
  9. Sieve the grinding paste very well.
  10. Transfer the paste in a pan and add 1/2 cup of water, stir it well.
  11.  Now add some salt, black pepper powder and sugar, mix it well.
  12. Boil it for 5 min on low to medium flame. Keep stirring in between.
  13. Take 1 tbsp of cornflour in a bowl, add some water in it ,make smooth batter.
  14. After that, add cornflour mixture and stir it well.
  15. Cover and cook it for 3 min on medium flame.
  16. Then add fresh cream and  stir it well.
  17. Turns off the flame, serve hot with some butter and black pepper powder.
